About Us

Vilron Dimensions Limited has been created to provide all lovers of card games more excitement and fun, and a way to take part in competition with others world wide. The 'next dimension' in playing cards and card games is the brainchild of Vil Gravis, one of New Zealand's best known and most accomplished bridge 'experts'. As a player, teacher, and writer he is acknowledged as world class by his peers. As one who has played all manner of card and board games for most of his life, he is aware of some of the shortcomings of many card games, hence his 'next dimension' of cards. These cards, in his terms, will make games like poker so much more interesting, exciting, and intelligence focused. Something like bridge is to 500, is a good way of looking at it.

Vil's partner in the venture is Ron Dixon, not a bridge player but a player of a different type. A businessman and co founder of one of the Wellington region's largest Engineering and Earthmoving companies, Ron is more interested in the Racing Game. A well known figure in horse racing circles, and former President of the Wellington Racing Club, Ron's busy lifestyle won't give him time for the overly technical game of bridge, but poker is a different matter, especially when it comes to the sort of poker that Vilron Dimensions will be introducing at clubs world wide.
